Ready for the job interview

Today i bring you my styling and experience for the second audition challenge of this years second Miss sl audition.

We were able to join this audition even though we passed the first so we had a chance to get some more experience and of course percent our self's and the countries we represent.

To be honest i was more nervous this time then with the first audition even though we didn't get any points for it.

I promise you will understand why after you read this post.

The challenge was the Fallowing :

Prepare an outfit appropriate for a job interview as manager at a tech company that includes leather or denim.

I instantly knew what i wanted and where i had to go to get the perfect fit for this challenge and so went straight to that store.

While trying on the outfit i had in mind i notice a girl trying on the exact same outfit which was kind of funny.

When looking at het name i knew i seen it somewhere,

and so i checked the list of girls auditioning in the second round of auditions.,

And there was her name.

I instantly stepped away from what was in my mind the perfect outfit for the challenge and told her to go for it and that i would find something else.

Here i was no idea anymore what to ware.

I bin back and fort trough all stores that i though might have something that would fit this challenge,

I tried demo after demo mixed all the crazy things you can think of.

Time was running out we had only 3 to 4 days to prepare of which 2 already passed.

I got to say i started stressing.

I had my inventory full with demo's by then nothing was like i had in mind or had miner issues with mesh clipping trough each other which is something that can really frustrate me as once i see it i keep seeing it and aside from that it probably will cost you points with the challenges.

I finally decided to go back to the first store where i originally went to there was this plaited skirt that i loved but didn't buy yet for what ever reason.

I had put on the demo and started going trough my demo's again and got this leather jacket i tried a few times already but always had an issue finding a top or blouse underneath it .

I finally found a great B.o.m shirt on marketplace which had materials enabled which just gave it that bit extra as it was shying a little.

I had found cute shoes that had the perfect matching color for the skirt.

Just in time i was ready to go. or not.....

After buying all parts i wanted i noticed the belt i originally styled with my outfit in demo's didn't come with the skirt but instant with a top the creator had created for it , by then it was already Saturday morning 6 am for me and so really needed a little sleep but before that i messaged the creator.

I explained her that i had styled my outfit with it and i needed it in less then 24 hours unfortunately she wasn't online and so i went to sleep not knowing my outfit will be complete for the runway.

I slept only 4 hours that night. as i was so nervous and was hoping the creator would get my message in time .

I made my coffee turned my computer on and logged in and there it was a message from the creator she was so kind to send me the belt, a little weight was lifted off my shoulders.

of course i had send her some L$ for the belt cause i hate to freeload as i know how much work it is to create things.

finally it was time to do the final checkups and load my outfit and poses on the runway and audience sims.

here is where i found out miner issues with posing there were 3 or 4 poses that needed to be switched and replaced i went back and forth a few times to fix them in my pose hud.

My friend whom had participated in last years pageant un till she had to drop out due to rl. had promised to come in for a final check.

She had guided me the first audition as well and has bin a great help so far.

Finally i was ready to go a few more hours before the show stared.

While waiting i have bin hanging out with 2 of the other girls that i met during the first audition and had become great friends already un till it was time to go.

In the mean time i helped one of them with a miner fix in her outfit that we noticed.

We quickly had to swap her pants as it was clipping a little trough her jacket on her back.

in these moments marketplace is a great place to go to.

Finally it was time to go we teleported to the sim and waited in line to walk the runway.

We all got so nervous while waiting, but we had a lot of fun doing it.
