That moment you realize that what your doing now or the relationship your in or the people around you are not good for you.
This is the time you need to make that though decision to either stay and be dragged down and un happy or leave these situations behind and stap in to the unknown.
These can be scary times.
But keep in mind these often lead to more healthy friendships ,relationships and jobs and make you more happy in the end.
Don't ever be scared to walk alone for a while as this often don't take so long for new people to cross your path.
